About Us:
A wholesale manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to create accurate and engaging content for a variety of platforms. This role involves collaborating with R&D and marketing teams to deliver polished and impactful documentation, including user manuals, sell sheets, demo videos, and e-commerce listings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and write comprehensive user manuals for diverse product categories.
• Research product specifications and collaborate with R&D teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Write and proofread sell sheets, demo scripts, and marketing materials with extreme attention to detail.
• Edit content created by other team members to maintain quality standards.
• Assist the marketing manager with additional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience writing user manuals and technical documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite and PowerPoint is preferred.
• SEO knowledge is a plus.
• Creative writing skills are a bonus.
