    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Technical Writer to create and manage technical and business documentation in compliance with established standards. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including product owners and subject matter experts, to develop clear, concise, and effective documents that support organizational objectives. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and publish various technical and business documents, including functional requirements, executive briefings, white papers, and marketing materials.

    • Ensure all documentation complies with established publication, production, and classification standards.

    • Provide editorial support and ensure that all products are accurate, well-organized, and adhere to required formats and guidelines.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret technical information, translating complex concepts into accessible documentation.

    • Utilize a variety of software tools to create visually appealing and informative content, including dashboards, scorecards, and infographics.

    • Conduct research to identify opportunities for process improvements and present findings to diverse stakeholder groups.

    • Maintain documentation standards and ensure that all documents are kept up to date and accessible to authorized personnel.

    ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4 to 10 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

    • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.

    • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders in civilian or military settings.

    • Proven track record of creating high-quality documentation that meets client and organizational standards.

    • Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) SCI clearance.
