Job Summary:

As a Sparkle Squad Technician/Sales Representative, you’ll be an essential part of our team, providing top-notch window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. During the peak season, you’ll be an essential part of our team, providing top-notch window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. During the holiday lighting season, you will also install dazzling holiday lights, bringing holiday magic to homes and businesses. When not performing technician duties, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the acquisition of new commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service: Execute window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and gutter cleaning services with precision and attention to detail.

Spread holiday cheer: Design and install stunning holiday lighting displays that bring joy and sparkle to our clients’ homes and businesses.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

Customer Focus: Communicate clearly with clients on-site, addressing questions and ensuring their satisfaction.

Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of tools, supplies, and company vehicles.

Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients and develop relationships to expand the client base.

Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and continuously strive to exceed their expectations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting installation, or related fields is a plus.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Comfortable working at heights and using specialized equipment.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the service industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

Work Hours: Our typical work week is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays depending on the workload. The peak time for this role is from approximately April 1st to November 30th. The holiday lighting season is from approximately September to December, with limited work hours between December 1st and March 31st.

Work Attire: We provide company uniforms to ensure a professional appearance.

Training: We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role, including holiday lighting design and installation techniques.
