Technology Consultant
Position Mission: The purpose of this position is to be an essential contributor to IIANC’s mission of advancing member agency technology and fostering strategic partnerships. This position will offer expert consulting, manage key technology partnerships, and develop robust affinity programs. This role involves assisting member agencies in assessing and enhancing their technology strategies, including guidance on the selection and implementation of new Agency Management Systems (AMS).

Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed technology assessments for IIANC member agencies to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored recommendations on operational efficiencies and tech upgrades.
Guide member agencies through AMS evaluations and implementations, helping them choose the best-fit solution and ensuring successful onboarding and integration.
Develop a toolkit of innovative technology solutions, including AI-driven tools, marketing automation, and voice AI, to enhance member agencies’ customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with IIANC’s 101 Weston Labs to research and establish partnerships with emerging technology providers, introducing members to cutting-edge solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison with Catalyit, maintaining a strong relationship and encouraging engagement among member agencies to maximize the platform’s value.
Regularly produce and distribute technology-focused content, such as articles for newsletters and member communications, to keep agencies informed about industry advancements.
Qualifications:
Strong background in technology consulting with a focus on the insurance industry.
Expertise in guiding agencies through AMS evaluations and implementations with a vendor-agnostic approach.
Familiarity with technology trends, including marketing and process automation, AI, and voice AI.
Demonstrated project management experience with a history of successful technology rollouts.
Excellent communication skills and experience producing informative content for a professional audience.
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Deep Knowledge in systems such: Applied Epic, Hawksoft, QQ, Vertafore, AMS360
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
