Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Production & Technology Director to lead and oversee the technical production aspects of our worship services and church operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the worship ministry, from Sunday morning services to behind-the-scenes technical support for the church staff. If you love the intersection of technology, creativity, and ministry, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Worship Ministry Support: Lead and manage stage setup, sound mixing, and audio/visual production for all Sunday morning services to ensure a seamless worship experience.

Audio/Visual Production: Oversee and maintain audio systems, lighting, projection, and video systems to create an immersive worship environment.

Technical Support for Staff: Provide critical IT support for the church staff, including troubleshooting and assisting with Wi-Fi, email, website management, security cameras, printer setup, and other technical needs.

Video Production: Assist in the planning and execution of video production for church events, including filming, editing, and streaming services.

Collaboration: Work closely with the worship team and church staff to ensure all technical aspects of services and events run smoothly and efficiently.

Ongoing Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest in church production technology and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the table.

Qualifications:

A passion for technology and ministry with a heart to serve.

Proven experience in audio, video, and lighting production (church experience is a plus!).

Strong technical skills in sound mixing, video production, and stage setup.

Familiarity with IT systems, including Wi-Fi, email systems, website management, and security systems.

Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings on Sundays.
