Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Technology Support Specialist II to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. (Afterhours, nights/weekends required)
- Handle inbound calls and basic troubleshooting (unlocks, resets, clearing cache).
- Resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues, documenting solutions.
- Update processes as technology evolves
Qualifications:
- Remote tech support or call center experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Understanding of business systems and processes.
