REQUIREMENTS
• Associate with a strong knowledge of intellectual property law including drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including:
o Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements;
o Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements;
o E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions;
o Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.

• Preferred technical background (e.g., a science degree or computer programming experience) with strong academic credentials in intellectual property, technology and commercial law coursework at a top-tier law school.
• Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.
• Able to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills to help you succeed on our team.
• Member of the California Bar.
