About the Role:

We are seeking a Teen Enrichment Specialist to join our team at North Georgia Angel House Inc. This role involves working with teenagers in a supportive and enriching environment, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential. The hours are 3 pm - 11 pm with alternating weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide mentorship and guidance to teenagers in a group setting

Develop and implement enrichment activities and programs

Assist with academic support and homework help

Facilitate life skills workshops and discussions

Coordinate and participate in recreational and social activities

Requirements:

Previous experience working with teenagers

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient and empathetic demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people
