    Job Description

    WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CLIENT ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR/MANAGER, MARKETING (REMOTE)

    As Client Engagement Coordinator or Manager (Consultant), your role is to support relationships with our clients by being the go-to person for all active work and ensuring that all projects and tasks that are inflight are being executed and completed to the client’s satisfaction and in line with Tegrita's best practices and standards of service.

    Specifically, Client Engagement Consultants will:

    • Work with a team of consultants to help clients achieve business objectives by communicating with the client and keeping senior members & account owners briefed and involved.
    • Manage projects end-to-end by gathering business requirements and creating a project plan that aligns to the client’s business needs
    • Utilize Tegrita process and methodology to ensure the proper project delivery while ensuring clients’ business results, budget, schedule and timeline expectations are met.
    • Work closely with team members, clients and decision makers to execute successful and profitable projects.
    • Stay informed of statuses for all active projects and tasks and communicate updates directly to clients on a regular basis
    • Write and maintain the project plan, staff the engagement appropriately, manage variances, oversee the validity and quality of deliverables, and escalate issues appropriately.
    • Stay closely involved in the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions and work closely with clients to ensure the work being done aligns to the client’s business need and that the solution is scalable, maintainable and flexible.
    • Create, manage, and maintain client and internal knowledge base(s); be the hub of communication and information
    • Supporting administrative functions associated with completing client work, i.e. managing tasks, calendars, and communication; resolving scheduling and timing conflicts amidst changing conditions.

    Ideally, Client Engagement Consultants will have some experience/exposure to marketing and marketing technology:

    • Exposure to marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
    • 1-3 years experience in administrative/executive assistant, project manager, account manager, client success manager and/or marketing coordinator role(s)
    • Familiarity with marketing technologies and processes is preferred

    Level of experience and exposure to marketing technology will determine hiring level. We are organized on a 5 level matrix, our current opportunity is open to Level 2 or Level 3.

     

    Minimum starting salary for Level 2 is $70,000 for level 3 starts at $90,000 annually.

     

    In addition to the base salary for all roles, job-relevant education, certifications, subject matter expertise and over time, demonstrated contributions and tenure will BUMP up the BASE SALARY. Starting salary bumps will not exceed $5,000 and typically average $1,000-$2,000. We also offer monthly bonuses for work hours contributed, enabling consultants to earn an additional $1,000-$10,000 annually directly linked to personal performance.

     

    Client Engagement roles will typically require up to 25% travel across North America, once it is again safe to travel.
