We seek a highly motivated attorney, licensed in Washington state who has passion to help injured victims, work well in a team environment, and is financially driven to success. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 yearly
