We seek a highly motivated attorney, licensed in Washington state who has passion to help injured victims, work well in a team environment, and is financially driven to success. To be considered, you must have some customer service background, excellent communication and writing skills and be able to think independently on your feet. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 yearly
