Position: Tele-Radiology Physician
Location: Remote – Serving the Augusta VA Health Care System
Start Date: September 1
Licensure: Any U.S. state license accepted

AllMed Staffing is currently seeking experienced and board-certified Radiologists to provide Tele-Radiology services to eligible Veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Augusta VA Health Care System.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in radiology.

• License: Physicians must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.

  • Note: Physicians with any history of restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily surrendered, or denied licenses will not be eligible.

• Board Certification: Must be certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Scope of Work:

• Provide tele-radiology services for STAT, urgent, and routine exams.

• Available for TEAMS consultations and image interpretations:
  9 hours/day, 5 days/week, 52 weeks/year

• Contractor is responsible for establishing and maintaining a secure communication link between their facility and VA Medical Centers.

Types of Imaging Exams:

• Plain Film

• CT (Abdomen, Pelvis, LDCS)

• CTA & Angio Abdomen Arteries with Runoff

• Ultrasound (including Head, Neck, Thyroid, Arterial Duplex)

• MRI (including Abdomen, Prostate, Cardiac – CPT 75557, 75559, 75561)

• MRA

• Nuclear Medicine

• PET/CT

• 2D & 3D Mammography (Single Breast)

• Cardiac CT – CPT 75572, 75573

• Myocardial Perfusion Imaging SPECT – CPT 78451, 78452 (3D)
