Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE for managing clients’ telecom bills and interfacing with clients and vendors about them, on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis.
The position includes working with clients, telecom providers, and other staff members to address the following responsibilities:
· Answering clients’ questions about the status of the invoice entrees by phone & email
· Performing data entry, quality assurance of data entry, and calling telecom providers for clarifying issues. A prior understanding of telecom bills would be a great asset.
· Updating client’s telecom inventory in our ManageRight software
· Creating reports for clients from our ManageRight software
· Organizing and managing meetings
· Scanning and filing of documents.
· Candidate must be reliable, punctual and demonstrate attention to detail.
· Able to work independently, as well as work well with others.
· Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS EXCEL.
· Data Entry experience is ideal
Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation will be based on your qualifications and experience.
