As a Tele Chat/Phone Chat Support for Prime Easily Dental, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients seeking information and assistance over the phone. You will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide personalized support and ensure a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
\- Act as the first point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance over the phone
\- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively and addressing patient's inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
\- Utilize dental knowledge and resources to accurately answer patient's questions and provide guidance on their dental needs and services
\- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and organized patient records
\- Communicate with dental team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
\- Handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations
\- Keep up-to-date with the latest services and promotions offered by Prime Easily Dental to effectively promote and educate patients
\- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our phone support system
Requirements:
\- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\- Empathetic listener with the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
\- Prior experience in the dental field or knowledge of dental terminology is preferred
\- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\- Proficient in using computer programs and technology
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
\- Flexible schedule, including the availability to work on evenings and weekends if needed
