    Telecom Sales & Vendor Relations Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Telecom Sales & Vendor Relations Manager to lead and optimize our telecom sales and vendor management strategies. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, vendor relations, and special pricing, capable of driving business growth and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and oversee strategic vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, pricing, and partnerships to maximize value.
    • Lead and mentor a team responsible for telecom sales, vendor engagement, and pricing initiatives.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Evaluate customer-level economics, customer lifetime value, and market trends to develop competitive pricing recommendations.
    • Drive business growth by optimizing the purchasing and selling of telecom products and managed services.
    • Ensure execution of sales initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom sales, vendor relationship management, or pricing strategy.
    • Proven experience in managing vendor negotiations and strategic partnerships.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive informed decision-making.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
