Position Description

You will serve as a Telecommunications Specialist in the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test (IBST) Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will verify subsystem specifications on receivers, antennas, transmitters, and switching networks to ensure proper operation and functionality.
• You will serve as a technical authority within the NAWCAD for electromagnetic compatibility, specifically, in matters pertaining to the EA-18 aircraft and weapons E3 projects.
• You will plan, conduct, and report on research of complex communication systems to manage or control frequency allocations for subsystem EMC for government agencies.
• You will coordinate the evaluation of E3 disciplines for aircraft weapons systems and their components for group engineers or technicians.
