Telehealth Medical Assistant – Step Into the Future of Heart Care

    _ $48,000–$52,000 + Bonus | Columbia, MD (Hybrid – 1 Day Remote)_

You Didn't Become an MA to Burn Out in a Back Office

You got into healthcare to help people — not to wrestle with paperwork, double-booked patients, and four walls that haven't changed in 10 years.

Now, imagine working with a team that sees you. Respects you. And gives you the tools to actually do your job well — from anywhere.

This isn't just another MA job. It's your chance to join a high-performing cardiology team and help patients navigate serious, life-impacting conditions — all while advancing your career in telehealth.

    Here's What's Different

    • A Schedule That Breathes
Work 4 days in our Columbia, MD office and 1 day remotely — no more being chained to a clipboard.

    • Be the Link Between Cardiology and Innovation
You'll work closely with experienced cardiologists, supporting virtual care that keeps patients out of the ER and on track.

    • Real Mentorship, Not Just Training
You'll shadow brilliant specialists who treat you like a key player — not just support staff.

    • Career Growth Without the “Go Back to School” Speech
You'll be learning, advancing, and earning more — based on performance, not degrees or seniority.

Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like This:

    • Coordinate smooth telehealth visits for heart patients — from intake to follow-up.

    • Prep patients, follow up on labs, and handle documentation in a fast, organized system.

    • Sit in on virtual cardiology visits and assist physicians directly — your voice matters here.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 1+ year of experience in a cardiology setting or a fast-paced specialty like Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Neurology, or ENT.

    • Someone who understands the seriousness of chronic care and brings calm, confident energy to every patient conversation.

    • Tech-comfortable, detail-oriented, and naturally great with people — especially over the phone or video.

    If This Sounds Like You…

You're not looking for just another job. You're craving respect, growth, flexibility — and a way to help people without burning out.

You want to work somewhere that feels good — a place that gets how important MAs are to the patient journey, especially when the stakes are high.
