Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers using provided lists or databases. Introduce products or services, engaging customers in meaningful conversations.
Sales and Lead Generation: Promote and sell products or services directly to customers. Strive to meet or exceed individual or team sales targets and quotas.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport and relationships with potential customers through active listening and tailored sales pitches. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Database Management: Accurately record customer information, responses, and sales outcomes in designated systems. Keep records organized and up-to-date.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Provide additional information and address concerns to convert leads into sales.
