THE POSITION We are currently seeking a dynamic Telemarketer Sales Representative to work with our B2B sales division, based in San Diego, California. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for cultivating robust partner and channel relationships, while working with a comprehensive long-term strategy aimed at expanding our market share and bolstering brand recognition within the region.
ACTIVITIES Attract new customers, broaden the store's market scope, and drive profitability through calls to customers and sales prospects Meet and surpass sales goals set by the company. Follow up on assigned leads, manage customer accounts, and foster growth opportunities. Manage customer requests, concerns, complaints, projects, and related matters with diligence and professionalism. Experience in using a CRM tool to boost sales
REQUIREMENTS Experience in the HVAC industry, including Residential and Commercial HVAC Systems. (preferred) Minimum 2+ years of successful experience as a Telemarketer Sales Representative Familiarity with customer service principles and practices. Fluency in both Spanish and English. High School diploma/GED Experience in B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred) and HVAC/R: 2 years (Preferred) Bachelor's (Preferred)
