Job Summary
We are seeking a PART TIME administrative and marketing assistant to join our team! Flexible hours/days. 20-30 hours a week.
In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Write emails
Maintain an organized filing system
Update client CRM information
Talk to clients
Create service contracts and follow up client letters
Update, and maintain company files and the CRM.
Create and monitor social media and email blasts for marketing purposes
Track campaigns and results.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or college degree is required
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
