Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our cleaning services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about our services
Assist customers with scheduling appointments and resolving any issues

Requirements:
Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Bi-Lingual preferred
