Miami Alkaline Water is seeking an intern to call and email company-provided leads!

We provide smart home solutions to the Miami community such as residential/commercial purification systems, HVAC, generators, and solar energy. This position requires the candidate to use our CRM system to contact, qualify, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

-Outbound calling and emailing to company-provided leads. -Schedule appointments for our sales team.

-Qualifying leads using provided scripts.

-Follow-up and reactivation of inactive clients.

-Nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Communicating with clients and team members.

Requirements:

-Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor.

-Technologically savvy--must be comfortable with computers and smartphones

-Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). -Willingness to learn.

This is an office position- not remote. Hours are Mon-Fri 10-7pm and Sat 10-2pm.
