Responsibilities: • Connect with Warm Leads: Make outbound calls to clients who have already shown interest in our services—no cold calling. • Understand Client Needs: Ask the right questions to learn about their goals and recommend the best insurance coverage. • Present Solutions: Clearly explain coverage options in a way that builds trust and helps clients make informed decisions. • Support the Application Process: Help clients complete insurance applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain Relationships: Provide follow-up service, answer questions, and check in with clients over time. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • A positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Organized and reliable, with good attention to detail • Tech-savvy with access to a laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we’ll support you through the process) Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Based on performance
