Job Summary

We are seeking a Teller to join our team! As a Teller on the team, you will be responsible for assisting everyday customers with their banking needs, which can include making deposits, making accurate change for businesses, and providing customers with account information. You will also answer questions about the bank and services provided, offer solutions to customers facing issues with their accounts, and offer exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and ascertain what their needs are

Assist customers with everyday banking needs

Follow all cash handling procedures and policies

Answer questions about banking options and products available to customers

Previous experience in a banking setting desired
