HEAVYCRAFT is seeking dedicated and hard-working TEMP General Laborer candidates. This role involves supporting down day projects on the mine site and assisting skilled personnel with essential tasks to keep the project running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for temporary work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment in the mining industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks, including assisting in metal work, and basic maintenance support
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas to meet safety and operational standards
• Support crew members with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools on site
• Operate basic tools and equipment as directed by supervisors and site leads
• Follow safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to all mine site safety protocols
• Assist with other duties as assigned by site management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or mining is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (required for mine site access)
• Willingness to work extended hours, shifts, and occasional weekends as required by site projects.
