    We’re looking for an inside salesperson to play a key role in our fast-paced and fun real estate team. The ideal applicant has a knack for building rapport on the phone, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Use a phone auto-dialer to move quickly through phone databases and identify strong prospects. Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Real estate license or pursuing required Has superb interpersonal and communication skills At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Compensation: $36,000 - $80,000 yearly
