The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys by conducting research, drafting documents, organizing case files, and liaising with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and gather case law, statutes, and precedents.

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence.

Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly filed.

Monitor and manage deadlines for ongoing cases and projects.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (certification preferred).

1–3 years of relevant experience in a legal setting.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and research methods.

Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
