    About Us

Anthos|Home is an innovative nonprofit transforming the way New York City residents with housing subsidies locate and secure stable housing. Modeled after Brilliant Corners in California, Anthos|Home streamlines the apartment search, approval, and move-in processes while addressing gaps in the NYC voucher housing system. We aim to be a game-changer for New Yorkers who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness.

    The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tenant Coordination (TC) Specialist – Social Care Networks to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need of stable housing. This role is pivotal in launching Anthos|Home's participation in two Social Care Networks under New York State's 1115 Demonstration Waiver.

Reporting to the Tenant Coordination Supervisor – Social Care Networks, the TC Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, guiding households through the entire housing process from voucher acquisition to housing placement. This role requires close collaboration with Social Care Networks, referral sources such as Health Homes, health care providers, nonprofits, and the Anthos|Home internal team. The TC Specialist will also need to develop expertise in NYC housing subsidies and processes to ensure successful housing outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive referrals and document services using the SCN's IT platform as well as Anthos|Homes' Salesforce platform.
    • Assist tenants and property providers with navigating the housing process, including vouchers, payments, repairs, and other housing needs.
    • Serve as a liaison between tenants and property owners.
    • Collaborate with the Housing Acquisitions and Operations teams to support housing placements.
    • Coordinate move-ins, including unit viewings, lease paperwork, furniture selection, and financial processing.
    • Facilitate communication between tenants and property providers to ensure smooth lease-up, move-in, and housing stability.
    • Respond to housing and tenant emergencies, both during and after regular business hours.
    • Assist tenants with reasonable accommodations and ADA compliance.
    • Submit and follow up on maintenance requests while maintaining accurate and confidential records.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or at least 3 years of experience in housing or human services.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with diverse communities.
    • Familiarity with NYC's housing market and voucher systems.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the community, with reasonable accommodation if necessary.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to supporting housing stability.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive starting salary: $65,000 - $70,000
    • Hybrid work environment (3-5 days in office/field per week)
    • Comprehensive benefits package including:
