As a Social Media Coordinator at Tender Care Home Health & Hospice, you will have a multifaceted role that involves managing our social media presence, developing and maintaining our website, and optimizing our online content for search engines. Your responsibilities will include content creation, social media strategy, website management, and SEO efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop compelling text, images, and videos that highlight our services, success stories, and team members.
2. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals. Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay up to date with best practices.
3. Community Engagement: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and interactive online environment.
4. Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of our company website. Ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing. Collaborate with web developers and designers as needed.
5. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our website's search engine rankings. Monitor website traffic, analyze SEO performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools and SEO analytics platforms to track the performance of our campaigns and website. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotions, to increase engagement and followers. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies.
8. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content, website content, and messaging align with our brand guidelines and values. Maintain a consistent and authentic online presence.
9. Monitoring and Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to healthcare and hospice services. Ensure that all online content complies with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.

• Experience in website management and SEO optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

• Proficiency in social media management tools, website content management systems, and SEO tools.

• Knowledge of the home health and hospice industry is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
