Role Overview: Under the guidance of our Director of Tennis, you’ll lead:

Women’s team practices (CMITA/DBH/USTA)- Experience Required

Private lessons and weekly clinics

Adult Clinics/Cardio

Junior Classes

We have an ever-growing Adult Community with a healthy roster of teams & clinics . We are looking for someone who has a passion for teaching adults/adult teams/adult clinics etc.

Who You Are:

USPTA or USPTR certified

Experienced in adapting coaching methods

Patient and committed to top-notch customer service

Passionate about developing players and communicating effectively with parents

Responsibilities:

Conduct lessons and clinics for all ages

Foster strong membership relations

Guide junior players and their families

Job Details:

Type: Part-Time (30-35+ hours)

Flexibility: Must be available on weekends and for 8-12 hour shifts as needed

Compensation: $35-$44 per hour, based on experience and certifications
