    Position Overview

    We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in their assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their sales career and work alongside a top-tier team in a fast-growing industry. The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, and ready to take their sales skills to the next level while contributing to the company’s continued success.

    This is a field role involving travel within their geography and occasional overnights. You'll be selling advanced medical technology to medical spas, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery centers, and other aesthetic professionals.     Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively build relationships with aesthetic professionals, medical providers, and key decision-makers.
    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase cutting-edge aesthetic solutions.
    • Drive sales growth by understanding client needs and positioning the company’s technology as the best solution.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new advancements in aesthetic technology.
    • Work closely with an experienced and supportive team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

     

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience highly desired. 
    • Must be located in North Carolina or South Carolina (preferably in Raleigh, Charlotte, Charleston, or Hilton Head). 
    • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited about professional growth.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions effectively.
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote role.
    • Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or healthcare sales is a plus but not required.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
