    Our client provides cutting-edge technology for retinal assessments, making vision preservation accessible to both clinicians and researchers. As they expand, they are looking for top-tier talent to help drive growth and market presence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sell capital equipment to optometrists and ophthalmologists.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with private practices and physician offices.

    Territory:

    Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Northwestern Minnesota, and Eastern/Central Colorado.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven success in capital equipment sales (e.g., President’s Club, Rookie of the Year).
    • Strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on new business acquisition.
    • Ideal candidates will come from eye care, aesthetics, dental, or B2B sales.
    • Experience selling capital equipment to physician offices is a strong plus.

    Benefits:

    • Comprehensive benefits package, 401k, mileage, and expense reimbursement.
    • Competitive compensation: $100k base salary, $225k at plan, uncapped commissions (top performers can earn $300k+).
