  • Responsibilities

    A highly innovative endovascular treatment provider is looking to hire a sales professional in Brooklyn. The Territory Manager will be responsible for growing revenue and increasing procedure count via referrals through podiatrists, internal medicine, nursing homes, wound care centers, and other specialties.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide sales excellence and professional representation by developing trusted relationships with referring physicians to gain procedure referrals to our center.
    • Act as physician liaison with new and existing referring physicians to provide continued communication regarding our services.
    • Represent the organization at trade shows, associations, and regional meetings.
    • Manage territory to stay within marketing budget, achieve goals, and reach quotas.
    • Identify key co-marketing partnerships and develop organizational relationships.
    • Conduct presentations, in-services, and community events to promote our services.
    • Participate in training, management field rides, coaching, and development.
    • Develop territory plans to meet and exceed goals and quotas.
    • Consistently update CRM daily regarding sales activities, targets, opportunities, and new accounts.
    • Collaborate and professionally maintain relationships with all key internal departments including physicians, sales, operations, HR, billing, clinical team, and leadership.
    • Understand market competition and selling strategies to differentiate and gain business.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Sales experience preferred
    • Healthcare referral experience a plus
    • Existing relationships in podiatry, internal medicine, OBGYN, nursing homes, and wound care helpful
    • Bachelor's degree
