Title: Territory Manager - Surgical Implants.
Company: Strongest regional distributor of surgical implants in the greater New York area, trusted brand of craniomaxillofacial and thoracic devices.
Territory: Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development by identifying and converting surgeons to use assigned implants in their surgeries
- Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships
- Utilize associate sales support to manage existing clients and cover surgical cases
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service
- Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events
Requirements:
- 2+ years prior experience in surgical sales, with documented top performance accomplishments
- Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice to for emergency cases
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
Compensation: First year expected total earnings $95k-$120k, Second year expected total earnings can be $120k-$150K based on productivity. This is a full time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
