    Company Overview

    At Patriot SoftWash, we provide excellent customer service, soft washing homes and businesses. Soft washing provides an alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, breaks down bugs nests, and cobwebs, as well as kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and sanitizes the surface we are cleaning. Soft washing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer, and doesn’t erode the surface, as pressure washing often can.

    Job Summary

    You drive excellent customer service and sales in an assigned territory in our luxury residential and commercial exterior cleaning business. We are rapidly expanding in the Dallas and Mid-cities area and need someone experienced in selling service to homeowners and commercial facility managers and investors.

    Responsibilities

    You are driven to keep your sales up to and exceed your sales quota

    You thrive on delivering onsite proposals and consultations

    You know how to grow a territory and keep it growing

    You participate in and set up all company tradeshows

    You know how to administer and grow referral partner relationships

    You have the ability to do your part within the company's business system

    You are driven to follow-up with quotes that were not closed

    You are driven to establish and participate in local leads groups to develop relationships for lead creation

    You are meticulous about customer information and data input into the company CRM

    Qualifications

    Your experience selling in the home services industry (cleaning, landscaping, painting, roofing, etc.) is a HUGE plus!

    Have you excelled in an outside sales role, exceeding your goals?

    Do you provide exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining strong relationships?

    Are you a leader others want to follow?

    Do you understand achieve sales and production goals and how to achieve them?

    Are you driven to follow-up with quotes that were not closed?

    Are you able to attend and participate in company promotional or social events?

    Do you have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and can pass a Background check?

    Can you work with computer programs such as: Word, Excel, CRMs?

    Are you able to present a company's benefits and close a sale?

    Are you able to perform onsite proposals and consultations?

    Do you have a strong understand basic Marketing?
