    Title: Territory Medical Sales Representative - Hospital Environmental Services

     

    Territory: Can be based anywhere in the Upper Midwest covering IL, WI, MO, ND, SD with 6-10 overnights per month depending on location.

     

    Company: Industry leader and innovator in non-chemical, medical grade sanitation products used ONLY in hospital and pharmacy settings. 

     

    Description:

    • Position is open due to internal promotion, with lots of existing business to take over
    • Create demand for product offerings through a variety of selling techniques
    • Develop strong relationships with existing accounts
    • Work closely with cross-functional partners in the field as well as internal leadership
    • Thoroughly understand product lines, services and provided support materials to generate new business while servicing existing relationships
    • Provide customer feedback and market insight back to internal teams
    • Submit timely and accurate reports
    • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other professional meetings as needed
    • Fully participate and work within company and government quality standard guidelines
    • Represent and demonstrate company core values

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ yrs Sales experience in Hospital Medical/Surgical Acute Care, Janitorial, Sanitation, or Environmental Services departments
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently, while also partnering with team members remotely

     

    Compensation: 90-100k base salary depending on experience, + 30-36k annual bonus based performance to reach 110-136k total income annually. Company Car or Allowance, full benefits, expenses, 401k + matching, 4 weeks PTO first year, annual salary increases.
