CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the building materials industry to find a talented Sales Territory Manager to drive growth in the Healthcare and Spaces markets across Southeastern Florida. What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive sales growth and expand market share with both existing accounts and new opportunities.

Specify premium building materials for commercial projects , working closely with architects and designers.

Become a trusted partner to architecture and design firms , establishing yourself as a key industry resource.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, particularly in commercial projects.

✔️ A bachelor’s degree, exceptional presentation skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

✔️ A self-starter based in Fort Lauderdale/Miami (bilingual skills a plus).

Additional Information

What’s In It for You:

Competitive base salary ($80,000 - $85,000) + commission + performance bonuses.
