We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state levels. We also use social media to market our firm with a very overwhelming response. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. Responsibilities: • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Stays organized and manage time well • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality Compensation: $75,000 yearly
