    Overview:

    We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow business in a small part of Northern California, Oregon, and Southwest Washington territories. This role will focus on selling patient monitoring devices, and other critical care solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in capital equipment or medical devices with the ability to build relationships and drive sales growth across the assigned territory.

    Qualifications:

    • Sales Experience: Proven success in selling capital equipment into hospital and clinical settings or a strong B2B sales background with a track record of hunting for new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
    • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital administrators, clinical staff, and physicians.
    • Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated and driven to identify new business opportunities, open new accounts, and expand market share.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the medical device industry, specifically with patient monitoring or critical care solutions, is a plus, but not required.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree
    • Travel: Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $90K
    • At Plan Earnings: $205K (uncapped commission)
    • 12-Month Guarantee
    • Full Benefits Package, 401K
    • Company Car or Car Allowance: All travel expenses covered.
