Position Summary: We are actively seeking a Territory Sales Manager with a passion for leadership and a drive to succeed. This hybrid position starts with developing a book of business by calling on businesses within an assigned territory. From there, you'll transition into a leadership role, playing a key part in driving growth and guiding your team to achieve company goals.
This is an outside sales role with incredible growth potential for individuals who aspire to lead by example.
In This Role, You Will:
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools, networking, warm calling, and cold calling.
Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and long-term growth.
Present solutions to business owners through compelling and professional sales presentations.
Actively engage with the local business community to build your network and uncover new opportunities.
Support team goals by participating in leadership development and training.
