    Our client, a rapidly growing privately owned dental equipment and technology company, is seeking a driven and career-focused Territory Sales Manager to join their team. This role will focus on driving new sales through an exclusive partnership with Patterson Dental, as well as independently managing and executing targeted selling events.

    The territory spans Northern New Jersey, New York, New England. The ideal candidate will build and nurture strong relationships within the dental community, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), local and regional dental societies, study clubs, and other influential groups to promote awareness and drive growth of products.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales and market share growth within your territory.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key dental professionals, KOLs, and dental organizations.
    • Coordinate and host sales events and demonstrations.
    • Meet or exceed company sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop strategies for market expansion

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in medical/dental equipment or technology sales.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with dental professionals.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
    • Motivated, self-starter with a passion for technology and innovation in the dental field.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
    • At Plan Earnings: $220,000+
    • Uncapped Commission
