What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow and maintain sales.
• Build strong relationships with government customers and understand their unique needs.
• Educate customers on product lines, provide demonstrations, and offer fitting assistance.
• Serve as an instructor for national training events and facilitate group sessions.
• Attend trade shows, industry functions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the shared CRM database and submit timely reports.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Must be an Audiologist or have hearing instrument dispensing license.
• Thrive in consultative sales with expertise in relationship building and training.
• Experience in audiology, government sales, or hearing aid clinics is a big plus!
• Military background is a plus.
• Comfortable with extensive travel (75%) and presenting to groups.
