    Job Description

    • Service & support your territory's retail distribution centers giving them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor.
    • Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices.
    • Ensure Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
    • Take pride in maintaining the company's reputation as an industry leader for consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service.
    • This outside sales role with some overnight travel required.
    • Home office based. In person meetings required daily. Must have easy access to Rochester and surrounding area.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing).
    • Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
    • Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude;
    • Post Secondary Education; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies;
    • Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events;
    • This job is home office-based and requires daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Easy access to the Rochester and surrounding area is a must.
    • Must be able to travel.
    • A valid passport if required to attend potential Head Office training/meetings in Canada.
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

    Sales Representatives are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.

    The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.

    The employee must frequently transport and move items up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain stationary for extended periods and/or move throughout dealer and vendor spaces. Employees must frequently use a computer and mobile device. The employee is frequently required to communicate with other employees and customers. The employee is occasionally required to ascend and descend steps and ladders, bend, and kneel. Frequently operates motor vehicles to perform customer and dealer visits and outreaches. May occasionally use hand tools, power tools, and/or hardscape tools. Frequent exposure to the outdoor elements takes place.
