Location: Remote - 100% Travel (Must reside within the Tri-Counties)
Territory: Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 100% Commission (Uncapped) with 50% Payout on NTP and 50% on project completion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  ? Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  ? License & Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  ? Background Check: Ability to pass a background screening.
  ? Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  ? Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a designated territory.
  ? Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of closing sales by building lasting customer relationships both over the phone and in person. PACE funding knowledge a PLUS!
  ? Technical Skills: Familiarity with window manufacturer quoting systems like Mr. Glass, PGT, Andersen, ES, and more.
  ? Software Proficiency: Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word, and various web-based platforms.
