Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling commercial jobs to include dryer vent installations, cleaning, repairs, service plans, and air duct cleaning. You will need to possess mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems or the ability to learn on jobs with service technicians, and be able to inspect and troubleshoot problems. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service. Preference given to experienced sales professionals with proven track records but we are open to an entry level position provided the agreement of necessary training required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of commercial dryer vent systems to identify any visible problems or issues.
Recommend repairs or replacements to clients based on the condition of their dryer vent system.
Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their concerns and answering their questions.
Maintain accurate records of all places, names and contact information provided and report any issues or concerns to management.
Understand proper codes, which the company will supply
Continuously improve knowledge and skills by attending training sessions and staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Person or a similar role.
Mechanical skills and/or knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to visibly diagnose problems with dryer vent systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to work in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics to inspect dryer vent systems.
Proficiency in navigating simple app-based technology.
