Territory Sales Representative - Construction Products Manufacturer - Base Salary to 110k/year - Dallas, TX
- Our client is a manufacturer of the SMARTci Systems that has been in business for 12+ years. Their premier sales team is focused on increasing Revenue & Profits by connecting daily to potential commercial customers in their territory. Their business provides innovative solutions for improved Continuous Insulation (CI) and has a passion for developing customer advocates resulting in profitable growth. Their Company specializes in continuous insulation by providing one-of-a-kind Composite Metal Hybrid Sub-Framing Systems that meet the most recent ASHRAE requirements for commercial building envelopes. SMARTci is a green and thermal product for the construction industry.
- Currently they are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to handle the North Texas (mainly Dallas/Ft. Worth area). Their premier sales team is focused on bringing value to Architects, Specification Writers, GC's, and other commercial building professionals through advanced educational based selling.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales quotas provided by the organization.
- Travel throughout North Texas, and present to customers and potential customers’ influencer’s providing them with information and support as required to secure business.
- Increasing Revenue & Profits by connecting daily to potential commercial customers in your territory.
- Evaluate area performance against established objectives/guidelines (sales forecast, budget, number of new accounts, etc.) and take appropriate action to improve performance.
- Provide multiple in-person and virtual Power Point presentations weekly (training will be provided). Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving established objectives.
- Own sales process from project design to project completion.
- Ability to travel throughout territory including overnight travel to support customer needs.
- Provide accurate forecast of sales on a timely basis.
- Ensure that sales activities in the area comply with the company policies and procedures.
- Assist in establishing sales objectives for area.
- Assist in developing an area coverage plan, which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
- Provide timely reporting of activities in the field and special reporting to assist in business and product planning.
- Maintain sales activity daily in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Outside Sales experience in building envelope or related experience. Experience with commercial roofing or waterproofing products a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 75k - 110k/year range
- 4% Commission structure. Uncapped
- $650 Monthly auto allowance
- 1st year est. total Target Cash (base + Commission) 140k - 170k
