    • Our client is a fast growing mechanical servicing company has an immediate opening for a territory sales representative, to handle a territory of New York City and surrounding areas, New Jersey, and into Eastern Pennsylvania (Philadelphia area). The team operates as a tight-knit group are looking for someone that aligns well with their company culture. They are looking for someone that brings a wealth of HVAC knowledge as well as sales experience.
    • They are looking to grow their team and add a Territory Sales Representative that will be responsible for reengaging with existing clients as well as bringing in new business. They are looking for a professional that will put the customer first. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will evaluate systems and determine what is necessary to refurbish.

    Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3+ years of proven success in HVAC sales. In this position, the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and finding new customers and maintain existing relationships. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

    Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary in the 100k – 120k/year range and an uncapped bonus/commission structure. On target earnings are 300k (or more) in your first year. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO, great company culture and much more.
