    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our territory, including prospecting and cold calling

    Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

    Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using our hydraulic hose products and services

    Territory Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and market penetration

    Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

    Customer Support: Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure timely delivery, service resolution, and overall customer satisfaction

    Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial, automotive, or hydraulic service industries.

    Education: High school diploma required

    Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong negotiation and closing abilities

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented

    Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust

    Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related products is a plus

    Training: Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales) is a plus

    Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the assigned territory
