Trophy Insurance Group is seeking a territory sales rep to help grow and manage our growing portfolio. We are an independent brokerage with multiple carrier offerings for personal lines, business insurance, group health/life, and Medicare. Responsibilities: • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by lead prospecting, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Assist with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive quotes Qualifications: • We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as well • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.) • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset • Applicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 days • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales, management, or related fields, demonstrating progression in responsibilities and delivering results • A successful track record of effectively negotiating sales is required • Strong multitasking skills are essential for this role • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are a must • Must have very strong follow-up, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset Compensation: $78,000 - $126,000 yearly
