Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401(k) Responsibilities: • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Set appointments • Sales talk and objection handler mastery • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients Qualifications: • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • Proven track record in sales • Great communication • 21 years of age or older • Goal oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals • Proven track record in sales Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000 base salary + commissions
