Responsibilities: The Territory Specialist is responsible for onboarding newly acquired accounts within a specific geographic territory assigned by the Territory Director. This role works closely with Territory Directors to provide essential in-field support and offers a hands-on learning experience.
Key Performance Objectives:
1\. Familiarize yourself with the client's facilities, clinics, medical centers, and the client team members.
2\. Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and service offerings in the PCR test arena.
3\. Understand clients' pain points and address their needs to cultivate a strong connection and commitment to the company.
